One room open in our shared home
We are looking for a third housemate to join our calm, sunlit house in Hampden South (North of DTC). A quiet space with a shared garden and direct connection to the current residents.
5 Bed/ 3 Bath. (We have 2 extra rooms that we use as office/work-from-home space 🙂)
2-5 minutes drive for Gym, Grocery, Park, RTD, I-25 and I-225.
It's a corner house, so there's plenty of parking for you and your friends.

A fully equipped communal space where we cook, share occasional meals, and start our mornings.
A quiet backyard garden with seating, firepit, perfect for reading or unwinding after a long day. We have a huge, I mean really huge backyard.
A fireplace lounge with a couch and TV.
Enjoy a private garage gym.

I'm a process and performance consultant who enjoys a laid-back lifestyle. Outside of work I like video games, comedy, music, getting back into working out, and spending time with friends and family.
